Soup workshops

Not only are broth and soups healing to our intestinal lining, they are chock full of ingredients effective in reducing inflammation. Decreased inflammation in the body = decreased inflammation in the brain. Soup for the Soul Workshops teach about the healing benefits of soup.

Chicken Bone Broth

Drink it with a little sea salt or use it in cooking. Broth provides amino acids, collagen, gelatin and trace minerals.

Chicken Broth Based Vegetable Soup

Your traditional simple veggie soup packed with nutrition and lots of healing broth.  Soothing and easy to digest.

Cauliflower Broccoli Curry Soup

Antioxidant-filled cruciferous vegetables, and anti-inflammatory curry and turmeric give this soup a wonderful flavor.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Coconut and Turmeric

Flavored with genuine additive-free Thai Manna red curry paste, this soup is tasty but not spicy. Rich coconut milk offers healthy medium chain fatty acids known for boosting immune function and cognition. 

Caramelized Onion Soup

Long simmered onions add sweetness to this traditional chicken broth based soup.  High in vitamin C, rich in B vitamins, and a good source of potassium.

Mushroom Soup with Caramelized Onion

Luxuriously creamy thanks to coconut milk, mushrooms provide a wealth of macro and micronutrients, particularly B vitamins, selenium, zinc, and copper.

Curried Butternut Squash

Butternut squash is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C and a good source of thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, and pantothenic acid.  Not just that, it's thick and creamy (just a smidge of curry.)
